I love to write about my travel exploits. I have visited countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia, but one that stands out for me is The Philippines. Not because it’s far more beautiful than other countries in Europe or Africa that I have been to, but mostly because of the friendliness of the people. I just love how they smile at me and treat me with so much warmth.

And the good thing is that it’s not only me. Many people who have traveled to this wonderful country have similar stories to tell. You may too, if you visit.

But what is really awesome about this country?

A huge advantage for picking the Philippines as a travel destination is its colorful history and practices. The country was under colonial rule of three foreign powers – Spain, USA and Japan. Each colonial rule contributed to its history and culture of the nation.

The Philippines is also called ‘Fiesta or Festival Island’. The reason for this moniker is due to the fiesta celebrations of local towns and cities that spread over an entire year. Each town has its own principal patron and people celebrate in several different ways. There are street dancing and colorful ceremonies, all contributing to the gaiety of the occasion.

The country and the people are both very important. Both the country and its people make the impression in the mind and the heart of the tourist.

The Philippines is certainly unique and precious in its own way. The islands are certainly attractive and must-to-see and the people are some of the best in the world. But as they say, one must experience it to believe it. The only thing that can achieve that is a travel plan, a call to the travel agent and a ticket plane to the Orient.

Asia is the largest continent in the world but finding a perfect vacation spots in this continent is much simpler. Nevertheless, having a cheap vacation would take much time. Here are the recommended places in Asia where you can enjoy a good vacation trip that will not cost much.

THAILAND
First on the list will obviously be Thailand. This amazing country also offers historical sites, old markets and original lifestyle along the canal. Your travel in Thailand will not be complete without experiencing their floating market. At their floating market, you can buy cheap native products and souvenirs. Thailand offers cheap yet wonderful vacation.
Thai people are also very friendly and they love tourists. You will absolutely have a good time in Thailand. And the good thing is that you don’t need a fortune to get the best time in this wonderful Asian country – just like many other countries in Asia – things are pretty cheap.

VIETNAM
Vietnam is another good place to travel. It offers a cheap vacation destination in Asia. The beaches here are beautiful with its fine sand and clear seawater. Vietnam has a great natural beauty that attracts most of its travelers. Its historical places are attraction to common travelers since this country has long accounts of its past. The preservation of their tradition and old temples makes it a plus for a good travel destination.

PAKISTAN
Pakistan’s tourism is continuously improving. This country can offer adventures, beautiful resorts, good travel destination and foods in an affordable price. The landscapes, archeological site and their historical monuments make Pakistan an interesting place to visit. Pakistan’s history and its contemporary scenery are blended to make a unique tourist destination. Since Pakistan is continuously improving, more likely, this country would be a big hit in tourism in the next decade. But of course, you have to be careful because of the problems of terrorism.

Thinking Of Vacationing In Africa – Some Choice Countries To Consider

There are so many places in Africa to visit that it’s going to be difficult to just pick 2, but I will try.

South Africa is another great African destination. The country offers a lot of destinations from mountains to exciting city life. An adventurous route in South Africa can lead to the Drakensburg Mountains and Table Mountain. The Kruger National Park offers a great experience with wildlife. Sophistication is also the middle name of South Africa because of its magnificent capital, Cape Town, wineries and beautiful beaches. It is a country worth visiting regularly.

Egypt is the country for the true historic experience. The ancient Egyptian civilization produced historic attractions like the Great Sphinx, the pyramids, Karnak temples, and the tombs in the Valley of the Kings and Queens is enough to satisfy the historic aficionados. A cruise down on the River Nile is also recommended. Aside from Cairo, the city of Alexandria is also a good place to visit. This city also shares historic accolades due to its creator, Alexander the Great.

Others
If there was a single attraction for Zimbabwe and Zambia, it would be the Victoria Falls. The Falls is in between the two countries and boasts 335 feet of height. The width of the falls is a mile wide. The force of the falls produces sprays akin to rainstorms. Sprays can reach the height of 1000 feet and can be seen 30 miles away. The Victoria Falls is a class of its own.

CZECH REPUBLIC

This is another beautiful country to travel in Europe. Their hotels here are as cheap as the hostels in other budget-friendly countries. Though this place is not as cheap as it used to be, still you can avail good foods and beer for a cheaper price. There are many wonderful places you can visit in Czech Republic.
